CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

The Chalfont-New Britain Township Joint Sewer Authority is pleased to announce that we now accept credit cards to pay your Sanitary Sewer bill or Tapping Fee.

Credit Card payments are made via a third party processor. Simply click on the link below and follow the instructions for credit card payments.  You will need your Sanitary Sewer account number to enter into the “Payment Item Detail”, so that your account will credited properly.

Credit card payments are subject to a  third party convenience fee ($3.00 minimum for all transactions; if the amount being paid exceeds $120.00, the fee is 2.65% of that amount.

 The Authority does not keep a record of your credit card information.  All of the information that you provide on-line is secure.  Our office is only informed of the sewer account number and the amount of payment.

We regret that we cannot take your credit card information over the phone.

DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT

The  Authority participates in a Direct Payment Program.  It’s a fast, free and convenient way to pay your sanitary sewer bill. It’s also a green alternative to paper checks!

To sign up for the Direct Payment Program:

• Print and complete our Direct Payment of Sanitary Sewer Bills Authorization Agreement form. Download form.
• The form is in Portable Document Format (PDF) and requires Adobe Reader to view. Download Adobe Reader.
• If you opt to have payments made from your checking account, please attach a voided check.
• Mail the completed form to:

• Direct Payment forms must be received 30 days prior to the month in which you wish to begin automatic payment.
• You will continue to receive a paper statement.
• You may also call the Authority and we can mail you the form.
